Hi, Janet here. Before owning Bakes and Blossoms I was a regular customers since it opened in September 2013. I was almost part of the furnishings. Then suddenly out of the
blue in November 2016, the opportunity arose to buy my favourite coffee shop, and the rest, as they say, is history! I've been a full time mum for the past fourteen years, and it
was time for a new challenge.
We are lucky enough to have a fantastic team here at Bakes and Blossoms. We all love to bake and cook. Some of our recipes are traditional, while others are a little less so. We make everything from daily fresh cheese scone and sausage rolls, to vegetable curries for our vegetarian customers. We also have gluten free cakes and biscuits available.
Ultimately, we would like to invite our customers, regular and new, to our little coffee shop of comfort food, company and a good natter. Our homemade bakes and cakes are, to us, a piece of home that we would like to share with you.
